Eric is Dr. Tom's youngest son who has worked at the hospital since 2002. He is involved in all aspects of the hospital, including hospital maintenance and repairs. In November of 2011, he took over the role of the Office Manager. Eric also works as a seasonal firefighter for Cal Fire in Madera County. He continues to pursue his career in firefighting while maintaining his role at the hospital. Outside work, Eric enjoys golf, surfing, dirtbiking and snowboarding.
Julee has been working at the hospital since 2002. She has extended knowledge and training in all aspects of the hospital, including inventory and reception. Her calm demeanor make her the hospital's "go-to" person for difficult pets. Julee is a new mom: Landon was born in July 2010.
Her pets include: Roofus and Rocky
"Doctor Jenn" as much of our staff refers to her, is involved in all that goes on in our hospital. She recently graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with her second bacchelor's degree in Animal Health Science at Cal Poly Pomona, and plans to attend

Her pets include: Jake, Oakley, Russell, and Vivian.
Katie has been with the hospital since 2005. She began her work with us as an intern, and with Dr. Tom's training, she now works as the his personal technician. Katie is passionate about her work at the hospital where she loves and cares for each patient as if they were one of her own. When Katie is away from work, she enjoys spending her time with friends and family.

Angel McCoy: Veterinary Assistant
Angel has a deep seeded connection with both animals and people. She believes animals can help heal the soul and provide a love to humans, which can top no other. She also is one of the founders and builders of Serenity Life Counseling. She developed the name for the drug and alcohol program to help people learn the ability to live a serene life. Her Hamster Serenity was also her inspiration.
Mandy has been working at the hospital since September of 2008. She has a deep passion and love for animals. She grew up in Iowa on a farm with many sheep. She's also a Big Iowa Hawkeye fan! Her pets include: Fergeson (orange male tabby)
Ricky has worked at the hospital since 2010. He has quickly learned how to work various positions at the hospital, including reception. Ricky is currently working towards a carrer in law enforcement. When Ricky is not working, you may find him fishing or dirtbiking.
His pets include: Moose (lab mix)
David is a new member of our team. He started in April of 2011 and works here part-time while also working full time at another animal hospital. David is highly skilled in animal nursing, and has a passion for caring for patients in need.
His pets include: Elvis (jack russel terrier)
Courtney recently started with us in August of 2011. She studied history at the University of Georgia. While away from work Courtney enjoys spending time with friends and visiting family.
Her pets include: Maeby (shepherd mix) and Annabelle (lab)
Sarah is brand new to the hospital. She is working as a veterinary assistant, and has a strong passion to further her career in animal health.
